Caller has S. Asian accent...Pretend to be from Microsoft, offering to fix 'error' messages on computer. Ask user to allow for remote computer access.

I received the same type of call from this number. My caller ID shows that the number called twice yesterday. A few minutes ago I received another call. My telephone provider, Comcast, told me that this is harassment. They advised me to dial *57 (probably different with other providers) to track the call. The next step is to call the local police to report it.
