They call saying they are the IRS and that someone in the household is going to be prosecuted unless they are contacted by whomever or an attorney. There were two glaring problems with this call: 1. They did not state a name of anyone in the household, so the call was not specifically for any one individual. 2. the IRS does not call people, it sends a registered letter.
