After 2 to 3 calls a day I tracked this number down. It's a solicitation call center from DirectTv which is stupid as I've been a subscriber for 4 years. Each time they call, except for today, they hang up after you answer. Today they called again and actually had the b##!s to talk. ID'd themselves as DirectTv and I recorded the call.
