From Investigative Services, claiming he is tapping the line and able to get all your information as well as issue arrest warrants if you do not pay him.

This fella named brian called me as well. I filed complaints with D.C. Attorney General as well as with the U.S. Attorney General. Save the voice mails. What this person is doing is a felony.
