This guy claims he's calling for a payday loan, he says he is in Texas but the phone call is actually from Washington D.C. When you ask for his information and address, he lies about it. He threatens to sue. He has been notified not to call but he continues to call my work. Told to write me instead but says he will not so.

This man speaks with a thick Indian accent. He has claimed he is from Social Security, the New York Attorney General's office. Same man called today, this time stating he is from the 'Statistical Department.' I asked which statistical department. He stated he did not want to speak with the receptionist. He has always asked for the same individual in my office. He calls at exactly the same time every day. I hung up on him, and he called back four times. I simply picked up the receiver and hung up the phone. He may call at a later time. He calls at exactly 11:07 AM EDT. It is a daily event.
