These people called my home looking for my son who lives in another state,for a legal matter involving a restraining order and he had to respond within 4 hours or they could contact his employer to garnish his wages.

I called my son who then called them. He gave them his first name only, they wanted his last name and his SS number - neither of which he gave them, and yet they were able to tell him that he had gotten a cash advance loan that he didn't pay back. He informed them that he had NEVER gotten a cash advance. Their response "oh really? Then we're sorry and we'll remove you from our call list."

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

They called my husband starting off that he had a restraining order. Then she told him he owed for a loan with someone and even gave him his SS number. He began asking for her company information and she gave him IRS ledigation with 202-747-5391 and even gave him a docket number. I turned around called the number and googled it and found this and right away they hung up on my husband. DONT FALL FOR THIER SCAM!!!!!!!
