doesn't leave message or leaves blank message or barely audible / mostly unintelligible. possibly charter communications (but that's only my suspicion) they've called me before using different numbers to try and get me to upgrade and basically being pita that don't stop. not a fan of charter but not aware of good alternatives in my area. i think they're kinda sleazy. they're online chat support are generally helpful and polite though, but can't do miracles, usually have to push with them to get them to do stuff. i feel sorry for them working for such a sh*t company.
