Found 3 dogs in New Fairfield, CT yesterday, running in the street. The tag on them provided the following phone number: 203-609-4410. That cell number isn't accepting calls (for 24 hours or more) ... the dogs are now at the animal shelter in New Fairfield. How can we contact the owner?
