Says, "Crime Investigation Department." Guy said his name was "Officer John Obrian", badge number IR54787.

Says he's calling from "2nd avenue Washington D.C."

Really calling from Bainbridge island, in Washington state.

Called on cell phone and left a message that this was a Federal investigation and very important to talke to me. It was a foreign-speaking male.
