A man by the name of William Frost from 209-262-1220 said he was calling because I am suppose to have some sort of "Solano County / Bank Fraud" charge against me. (I don't even write checks!) He said if I do not contact him my California License would be suspended via Penal Code 399-87, and they will proceed with a case against me. Do you have any idea what type of scam this is?
