What an ass this guy is posing as an auto insurance agent but he's "not selling anything". How he got my driver record and auto insurance info is a mystery and unsettling. He gets flustered when you ask questions of how he got your information. If you see this number on your caller ID don't pick up. Maybe he'll expose himself by leaving a voicemail, and leave another number to call. This particular one you get the "your call can't be completed as dialed" message.
