Sounded like a black male, called my cell phone around 1:30 PM today. Claimed I had hit his vehicle with my car, and left my phone number. He claimed I had smashed his tail light out and demanded my insurance information but didn't sound entirely serious. I just laughed, it is a local number so I assumed it was just a prank call from someone I knew. But I'm not too sure now. Phone line is busy now. Real creepy
