This call is an attempt to steal your identity. Just hangup, do not press any keys, don't talk to anyone or provide any information! The caller ID is spoofed. If this was a legitimate call from a debt collection agency, they would have to announce that on the recording/call as required by Federal law. The caller/recording would have to say/or announce something along the lines of: "(We/name of collection agency), Federal law requires us to inform you that we are a debt collector, attempting to collect debts for our clients...etc." There must be full disclosure, and there is no disclosure on this recording/call. Block this caller, do not answer, or just hang up!
