call id said "L Heather" typical 3rd notice on vehicle warranty...press 1 to speak with agent. press 3 to remove number from list. When I did this, I heard an immediate recording saying "your international call did not go through." Is this one of those redirected number scams. When I called this number back, I received the disconnected number recording.
