Caller said that I've been a great VISA customer, and they wanted to show their appreciation by sending me a gift card for free gas. I paid off all of my credit cards years ago, and don't use them anymore. When I told the caller that, they said, "Do you use a bank issued debit card with the VISA logo?" I smelled a scam, and told them not to call anymore. She asked, "What, you don't like free stuff?" I hung up.
