He called asking who is in charge of workman's comp. I asked if it was a sales call - he said no - he just wanted to talk about getting my company money back (sales call). I put him on hold, asked the person who handles the w/c if they wanted to take his call - they said no. Went back to the call and nicely explained that we're happy with our services and he wanted to argue with me! Ended up saying something vulgar and hung up on me.
