I just got a call from this number. They said it was about insurance, they had all of my information, name, address, email information. That they had me verify. I told them I wasn’t interested. After the call I felt uncomfortable.
The call could be some sort of credit card scam, to get you to verify information on a recorded line and use that recording to say that you agreed to some kind of purchase. I felt that I needed to report this call.
I will be monitoring my credit card activity and report any unauthorized purchases.
