I find past 2011 complaints from people stating caller going to have them arrested if they don't pay some ________ $$$$. I just found 2 new complaints made about 15 mins ago. Both state call was a recording about credit card loans. Caller called me twice on my cell phone about 15 mins apart. I don't give my cell phone number out to businesses. So any number that calls that I don't know is either a wrong number or a scammer. I see this happens to be a scammer.
