Claims to be the "Affordable Care Act" company. The caller had basic information about me such as my birth date and current zip code. I called the number back multiple times and it took one ring to be connected. Each time my call was answered, it was a different person however, they were male of middle east decent. I have asked multiple times to take my number off their call list and all each person has done is hang up on me rather than comply with my request.
