I have received 13 calls, as of Feb 26, from Bank of America since 19 February from 3 different numbers, include this one. I do no business with BOA, not banking, loans, nor credit card.

I called their privacy number at 1-888-341-5000 and they told me they
would stop but that it would take up to 2-3 weeks to op-out. That tells me they are fully aware of this and are condoning this practice. When I answer there is no one on the line so they must be robo-calls. It truly is Bank of America!

Update: Another number you can call is 1-866-801-8623 but you will have to call for each number you have received calls from. I was told by a representative from BOA at this number it would take 12 weeks to op-out! Also it is a robo call with a prerecorded message when calling this number back. I've filled a complaint with the FCC at esupport.fcc.gov/complaimts.htm and am now filling a complaint form through my Attorney General Office.
