I received a call from this number. They stated that they were from Readers Services the company that I was receiving magazines through. The person said that they needed to up-date my account and went through the info which was fine until they asked me to give them my credit card number. I paid for my 5 year subscriptions 3 years ago so refused to give my card info since I owe them nothing. Then they threatened to turn me over to collections and said that there would be a $1,000.00 debt on my credit report. The biggest joke with this is my subscription is up in April and in the 5 years they never sent me the magazine that I requested.

I am calling the better business bureau tomorrow to find out if this is something that I need to worry about or not and also to report them. This company has been nothing but a headache since I started with them.
