Called asking about some personal information. I informed Jasmine that we did not need their service, she did not listen and transferred me to Kevin. I again explained that we did not need their service and he said "Thanks for putting a B**** on the line this early in the morning." and then hung up. We did not solicit their phone call and they are very rude people.

Caller from Denver, CO left message: "Hello, This is Tatia Bruchia calling regarding a tax matter that has come up for ___ & ____ Jones. I need some information for resolution of this matter. I need you to call me at (888) 283-6541 x408. Again, that number is (888) 283-6541 x408".

I spoke to my good friend ___ Jones. The name given for his wife was incorrect, as was his middle initial. We agreed that even if he had a pending tax problem, there is no way I'd know anything about it.

NEVER give personal information to anyone on the phone unless you're 110% certain of who they are.
