Phone rings and I answer. No one says anything but line is open. Then it hangs up. I've also gotten calls from 312-340-5582 and there is recorded message about getting help paying electric bill. I just hang up on this one but it calls me 2 and 3 times a day. Same message. My number is 1-773-525-4988. I am on the U.S. Do Not Call List. I should not be harassed by these types of calls. Can you make it stop????? Or at least not let these 2 phone #'s get through to my phone?

Please help as I know others are having this same problem.
