Number keeps calling my work and cell making threats saying I better call in four hours or else they issuing a show cause and warrant on me.

Same here yet when you try to call the number it is busy.

What is up with this, has anyone talked with a person?

A person from this number just left a message on my voicemail at work saying I had four hours to return this call. This person said that they had a claim against me that involved a restraining order and needed the respondent to answer. It appears to be a scam. I have had this happen in the past and when I provided my home and work address no one ever showed up to serve me papers. I think they try to use fear to scam money from people. When I tried to return the call, I got a message that the voicemail box was full.

Called and said if my name was Machyo Cutter to call within the next four hours or they would contact my employer to start garther information to garnish wages. Also stated there was a legal action against Mr. Cutter and could result in a restraining order. Glad I read the comments below, as I was going to call and let them know they had the wrong number. Scam for sure
