I have received several voice mails from this number; something about determining eligibility, but the beginning of the message is always cut off. The phone will not accept incoming calls. I suspect its a telemarketer even though several lookups have identified it as being low probability of such.

Finally was able to catch the call. It was a company "offering" a medical brace of some sort.
