I get calls very early in the morning between 7-8 and sometimes if I hang up they call back again within minutes. This has been going on for 5 years and the telephone company said they could do nothing about it and would not tell me who it is. I tried calling the number today and a recorded message said "not in service" or "discontinued number" What is a person to do who gets woken very early for no reason?
