The automated message said to hit 1 if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. When I hit one, the guy answered and asked did I want to lower my rate. I told him I wanted to know what company it was. He hung up. Tried to call the number back and it went straight to opt out options to remove phone number from calling. Not sure what this was about.
