A man allegedly named Charles Cooper with a thick Indian/Pakistani accent claimed to be from the US Treasury Dept/Recovery & Reclamation Section, offering me a $7000.00 grant if I would call this number and give them the information they need to wire transfer, mail a check, or send me Cash (through the mail, yeah right!). Claim#CH123. Allegedly the caller is in Washington DC, but this number is in Washington State. This is 110% Scam and a Fraud.
