6/25/2013 Call was silent for a moment. Finally the man said I filled out an online survey that said I was job-hunting. He must have been using voip because there were long delays in his questions. Questions started harmless enough, then got more specific to identifying me, which he said were required for my job placement "profile". Then I hung up.
