got several calls from this number claiming I was involved in an internet fraud along with other people, said he was a lawyer and want to settle out of court.

Wanted information on my relative, and told me she was "in trouble".
He told me she owed money and facing charges. He stated that he was doing an investigation and because of the privacy act could not disclose details.

This person called my work and stated I was introuble for internet fraud and he needed a call back today by 5 or he was going to turn it into my county of residence. He did not know what county I lived in nor did he have a correct address or name for me. He was using my maiden name and I have had it changed for more than 2 years.
