Called my cell phone. In my state, it's illegal to make soliciting phone calls to a cell phone without the cell phone holder's written permission to call the number. I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses, so this is an illegal phone call & will be reported.

One complaint on another site said the caller threatened him.
