This is a fraudulent company playing a recording of "John" saying that someone ordered and paid for a lifeline for someone in my household because of a recent fall, and they want me to approve delivery. This is total BS and 100% a scam. When you call the number that shows up on Caller ID, there is a recording saying that the number is not in service.
