I receive a phone call on my cell ask for me by name and state that I was going to get a grant loan of $9000.00 and how do I want this money by bank account or by mail. when I told them by direct deposite they assure me that it will be in my account today but they couldn't do it until I go to walmart or dollar store and get a pre paid card and send $280.00 for taxes on the money I told them if its free I shouldn't have to pay anything then I hung up
