This is a fraud general contractor where he does electrical work with unlicensed electricians and does not even pay the laborers. Also worst thing is he advises his employees to do electrical work that violates the code, by simply saying it's temporary and he has electrician to fix it laterm on. Until now I never seen him fix any temporary power but only save time and material.
