This is the virulent, shady “collection agency” Portfolio Recovery. They’ve hound me relentlessly for 10+ years, insisting I owe wildly varying amounts of money for credit cards I never owned (and my credit record is clear). I block & they spoof new numbers, calling multiple times per day. They refuse to take me off their call list, despite me sending a cease and desist letter. Advice? Block & delete & don’t answer any calls you don’t recognize.
