I own a Tracfone -- I received a *blank* voice mail (for which, I might add, I have to use some of my expensive pre-bought minutes just to access) from 425-372-7770. It apparently is a telemarketer hawking some form of contest scam, and didn't even have the decency after triggering the Voice Mail (for which, I repeat, I had to PAY) left only a hang-up.
There oughta be a law! Oh, wait! There is!
