I keep getting calls of people saying that a Leslie from number 503-426-3333 has been giving them my cell number. I need the calls to stop. THese party lines should be illegal. Not nice to bother other people

I keep recieving calls from multiple collection agencies for the previous owner of my current phone number...I'm so frustrated. The ast call came in as "unavaliabe"...I told the the person not to call again that they had the wrong #...she actually then the nerve to say well "if you know this person give them this message"...I immediatly cut her off and said don't call this number again and she yes I will call again and hung up. Where are my rights...I feel like i'm being harrassed.
