Someone from this number (503)977-6714 is calling every day. My phone is even registered in the "Do Not Call" list.
What can one do to make it stop?!

Reason why they don't leave a message is because it is a robocall. The number is in my "blocked robocalls" list. If you want the robocalls to stop, change your phone company to one like I have, so you will have the option to block robots. I don't want to sound like a commercial, but my IP phone provider is CallCentric, and there is no additional charge for the robocall blocking feature.
