I believe this caller is preying on homeowners to purchase homes cheaply and quickly for an investment firm's get rich quick schemes. I received an unsolicited text and was unable to get a name or company from the sender when I asked. I was also unable to get the sender to identify their company or interest yet they were fishing for personal information from me. I suspect this is a fishy company/person who is abusing public records, personal information, and the phone network for personal gain through fraud.
