This is a fraudulant company. They first stated that it would take 7 days to process a download. Then they sent me an email saying I had entered the wrong email address. I then asked how did I do that if they just sent me an email with the address I had provided. They then stated they would give me credit for there site yet the site says 100 percent satisfaction. They then stated due to square it would take 14 days to process the payment yet Square stated they can do it immediately. At this point and time they have not responded with any emails.
