I suspect this is a telemarketer hiding under the umbrella of a charity. I work nights and leave my ringer off; however, my answering machine makes an extremely loud BEEP when someone hangs up on it. This wakes me up, several times a day. I have no extra money to give to them and I don't know how to get them to quit calling. When I call the number back, an answering machine says their office is currently closed and to call back within the hours of x and x. I AM calling during those hours.
