Caller didn't speak when I answered the phone Nothing but a scam. This is also a spoofed number, a number that shows up on caller ID but it's not the real number the caller is calling from. Area code 513 is Cincinnati, Ohio

Has called me 7 times in 3 days.
Check your own state laws out.
Besides calling a do not call number, now they've got harassment charges against them.
Another site, one person called the number back & a woman answered & refused to identify the company.
Another web site said caller asked person if they received his invitation.
This is a scammer who's doing this.
