I CALLED FOR READ SERVICE ON 9/29/10 @ 12:15 PM & WAS TOLD 1 HOUR WAIT. WELL 1 HR.PASS & I WAITED UNTIL 3:40 PM. I AM VERY ANGRY. I HAD CALLED ANOTHER BAYONNE TOWING CO. TO GET ME BECAUSE I WAS STRANDED. I JUSTR FOUND OUT BY TRACING YOUR PHONE # & OTHER #'S I REC'D THERE WERE 2 TOWING CO. INVOLVED? WHY??????
I AM GOING TO WRITE TO COMSUMER REPORT & COMPLAIN.
