Recorded message to me stating that I had received attempts to collect a credit card debt via mail and needed to respond. Asserted that they could reduce my interest rate. When I spoke to a person, he hung up when I asked what company he represented. I'm on the do-not-call registry, so I shouldn't have received the call at all, and I don't owe anyone any money, period, never mind for a credit card debt. Fraud, pure and simple
