This is either a collection agency or a telemarketer. I live in Los Angeles and every single day, even on Sundays, I get at least one call from these jerks. When I answer, at times no one responds, or I hear a dial tone. I called a Verizon rep in Virginia to file a complaint, but she said she had no records for this number, so it is most likely not a Verizon number. I am going to file a complaint with the FCC.
