Caller stated I had unpaid loan amount from BoA. This loan was paid off in full 2 years ago. Never missed a payment, and the account was closed in good standing. Caller knew my last 4 of social,security. I asked name of her co she said “office of client services” (very similar to CSI, client services inc, which IS a debt collector). Threatened a visit to my employer for wage garnishment. I immediately called BoA who confirmed I am NOT being pursued and my account is closed in perfect standing. Google search for the # or the alleged co came up with nothing. The disturbing part is that she knew my last 4 SS#s.
