the number is being used to harass craiglist sellers by undercover police to check if they are selling stolen items and when your not the officer insists you have other items that are stolen when he finds out your not selling anything illegal, he gets mad and warns that he is watching you, his name is james e gutirerez, so anybody that gets a call is being set up on some suspected of selling stolen items list which is illegal tagging of innocent citizens
