Keeps calling with a message to lower my credit card intrest rate. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling. They are offering a service I do not want nor need. Majority of the times if I wait for a person, that person hangs up when I ask to be removed from their list. So how do I get them to stop calling?&%$$!!

I am having the same problem but it comes in from different numbers with the same woman's voice. She says she is from Card Holder's Services and can lower my interest rate on my credit card. When I press 1 to talk to an agent and ask to be taken off the list the agent hangs up.
