They asked for my husband by name and said they wanted to give him diabetes medicine but I explained he does not have diabetes. Then they had my name and asked if I would like topical pain medicine charged to my insurance. I began to ask several questions and the woman could not articulate any responses . I told her I did not want anything charged to my insurance and she said "really it does not cost you anything." When I asked her the company name she hung up on me. When you call back, the recording states "your call is very important to us and please hold for the next available agent." Eventually they just disconnect you.
