this # called me saying they are investigators they have a warrant out for my arrest, but they could not give details re: warrant because there was no warrant its just a BILL COLLECTOR!! FALSIFYING THEMSELVES!!! ISNT THAT ILLEGAL?

Collections companies do not handle arrest warrants, police departments do.

Yeah, using that tactic is illegal. You can sue them for harassment. Get 'em.

Same here they have an warrant for my arrest also want me to send some money by and certain day or they will put and warrant out
